Consider this recipe a sign to have pizza for breakfast, or lunch, or 2 of these for dinner...we won't judge. How'd we manage to get this piled-high toast to come in at just 3 Points? By relying on the creaminess of zero Point cottage cheese and topping it with both fresh tomatoes and a dab of passata. Then we hit it with undeniable pizzeria flavours like parmesan and garlic.

Ingredients
Wholemeal bread
1 slice(s), lightly toasted
97% fat-free cottage cheese
¼ cup(s), (60g)
Tomato(es)
2 thick slice(s)
Tomato passata
1½ tbs
Grated parmesan cheese
3 tsp
Garlic powder or flakes
¼ tsp
Dried herbs
¼ tsp, Italian
Dried chilli flakes
1 pinch, (optional)
Instructions
1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2
Place bread on prepared tray. Spread cottage cheese onto bread and season with salt and pepper. Top with tomato slices, passata, cheese, garlic powder, Italian herbs and chilli flakes (if using). Cook in oven for about 5 minutes, or until parmesan is melted and cottage cheese is warmed through.
