Lemon, garlic and chilli broccolini

320 g, (2 x 160g bunches)
6 clove(s), thinly sliced
Fresh red chilli
1 whole, long, deseeded, thinly sliced
Dried chilli flakes
Fresh lemon rind
1 tsp, finely grated
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Place broccolini in a baking dish and toss withjuice, garlic and fresh chilli. Lightly spray with oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until tender. Serve sprinkled with rind.
