½ cup(s), (45g)
Whey protein isolate (no added sugar)
½ small, sliced
½ cup(s), (80g)
Almond nut spread
- Combine oats and 1 cup (250 ml) water in a microwave- safe breakfast bowl. Microwave on High (100%) for 1–2 minutes, until oats are cooked and creamy.
- Stir through protein powder and top with banana, berries, almond butter and chia seeds. Serve.
