1½ tbs, balsamic variety

Peach(es)

1 medium, finely chopped

Figs

2 medium, sliced

Cooked skinless chicken breast

85 g, sliced

Low-fat ricotta cheese

1 tbs, crumbled

Fresh mint

1 tbs, (4 leaves), torn

Instructions
