Chewy hedgehog slice

This sweet hedgehog slice is easy to make and perfect to fill your afternoon sweet craving.
100 g, chopped
Reduced fat oil spread
200 g, pitted
Cereal bars, rice cereal, chocolate topped
6 bar(s), cut intp 5mm pieces
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Lightly spray an 11cm x 21.5cm (base measurement) loaf tin with oil.
- Place chocolate and spread in a medium heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the base doesn't touch the water). Using a metal spoon, stir for 2-3 minutes or until melted and combined. Remove from heat.
- Place dates in a small food processor. Process until smooth. Stir dates and bars into chocolate mixture. Spoon mixture into prepared tin, pressing firmly. Smooth surface. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Cut into 2.5cm squares and dust with cocoa powder.
TIP: Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
