Breakfast banana split
Yep, a banana split for breakfast! Think of this as a fun spin on your usual yoghurt and fruit, and use whatever berries or nut butter you have on hand.
1 medium, halved lengthways
Vanilla yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
Almond butter (100% nuts)
½ cup(s), or frozen, chopped, (65g)
- Arrange banana halves in a shallow serving bowl. Dollop yoghurt over banana. Drizzle almond butter over the top (see tip), then scatter over strawberries and sprinkle with granola. Serve.
Prep tip: If your almond butter is a little thick, give it a stir to loosen. If needed, add a little water.
