Bocconcini, tomato and basil bites
prosciutto fat trimmed

- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut each slice of prosciutto in half crossways and then into three thin strips lengthways and set aside.
- Next, wrap a strip of prosciutto around each of the cherry bocconcini. Thread bocconcini, cherry tomato halves and basil leaves onto small cocktail skewers. Plate up and serve immediately, or make in advance and refrigerate for when guests arrive.
