Bacon and cheese wrap

Ingredients
Reduced fat oil spread
1 tsp
Shortcut bacon
125 g
Brown onion
2 medium, thinly sliced
Wholemeal wrap
200 g, (4x50g wraps)
Cottage cheese, reduced fat
1 cup(s), (250g)
Mixed salad leaves
40 g
Tomato(es)
2 medium, diced
Lebanese cucumber
1 medium, cut into batons
Instructions

Heat spread in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook the bacon for 5 minutes or until browned. Set aside. Cook the onion in the same pan, stirring, for 5 minutes or until browned. Cool. Slice the bacon into strips.

Spread the wraps with cottage cheese. Arrange the onion, mixed leaves, tomato, cucumber and bacon in the centre of each wrap. Season and roll tightly to enclose filling. Cut the wraps in half to serve.
