Enjoy these 2-bite mini fritattas with just a sprinkle of your favourite seasonings, or customize them by adding a tablespoon or two of your favourite vegetables, cheese and/or herbs. Kick things up a notch with the addition of chopped Canadian ham, crumbled crisp bacon, or diced precooked chicken sausage. Add the mixins to the bottom of each silicon cup and pour the whisked egg over top. Cover and cooked as directed.

Preheat DASH Egg Bite Maker for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, beat eggs in a small bowl; season with a pinch of salt and pepper (optional).

Fill 1 DASH silicone cup with water and pour into Egg Bite Maker, place all 4 silicone cups in Egg Bite Maker. Divide egg mixture among silicone cups. Cover; let sit until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

Serving size: 1 egg bite.
