Grilled hazelnut-chocolate pizza

This is one of the easiest and most crowd-pleasing desserts you can make. Kids and adults alike just love biting into a pizza slathered with warm Nutella and topped with bananas and strawberries. We call for whole-wheat pizza dough, which not only offers more nutrients but also contributes some nutty flavour to amplify the chocolaty richness.
Whole wheat pizza dough
10 oz, at room temperature
Hazelnut and chocolate spread
1 medium, sliced

- Coat grill rack with nonstick spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or prepare medium-high fire. On a piece of parchment paper, pat or roll dough into a 10-inch circle. Coat top of dough with nonstick spray.
- Arrange dough, coated side down, on hot grill rack; grill until bottom of dough is well marked, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove dough from grill, coat top of dough with nonstick spray, and put back on grill, coated side down. Grill until bottom of dough is well marked, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove crust from grill. Immediately spread hot crust with hazelnut-chocolate spread. Top with banana and strawberry slices. Cut into 8 wedges.
