What can you do in the WW app?
Simple food and fitness tracking
Your dashboard is your home base for tracking. Toggle between Food and Activity and look up foods or activities using the search bar. Tracking is as easy as taping or swipe right to add items to your dashboard. You'll also find a quick link to the popular food barcode scanner in the top right corner.
Browse 5,000+ recipes
Browse WW healthy recipes by selecting a category such as 'breakfast' then apply filters such meal time or SmartPoints value. You can customise any WW recipe by hitting the edit button. Tweak it and save it as your own. You can also build your own recipes and meals and save them to your favourites library for easy reference. The SmartPoints value will display which ever Food plan you are following (Green, Blue or Purple).
Food barcode scanner
We've made tracking as simple as scanning food barcodes straight from your app. Once you've scanned a food or drink, you can save it, add it to favourites and track it. This handy tool makes it helpful to compare items at the supermarket to help you make the healthier choice.
Weight loss and journey tracker
Under your Profile, you can log your weekly weight (or sync your smart scales to automatically track for you) and view your progress graphs and reflections.
Audio workouts with Aaptiv
We’ve partnered with Aaptiv to create exclusive workouts for WW members. Aaptiv's upbeat expert trainers will guide you through a range of training sessions ranging from 10 minutes that you can do at home, outdoors or at the gym.^
Meditate with Headspace
At WW, we know that how you think drives the things you do. One of the ways to make the shift is meditation. That's why we've partnered with Headspace, a leader in meditation and mindfulness, to help you meditate any time, anywhere.^
