Wendy's air-fryer tuna melt bites

Ingredients
Panko breadcrumbs
10 g
Tuna, canned in springwater, drained
1 185g can, flaked
Red onion
1 small, finely chopped
Fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tbs, chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Whole grain mustard
1 tsp
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
50 g
Mozzarella
¼ cup(s), grated, grated, (30g)
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)

Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes

For the tuna mix, place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into balls. Carefully roll each ball in panko to coat.

Lightly spray a shallow heatproof dish with oil (check it fits into your air fryer). Place balls in prepared dish. Cook in air fryer at 180°C for 6 minutes. Carefully turn balls, then air fry at 180°C for a further 6 minutes or until golden.
