Warm avocado and prawn rolls
Multigrain bread roll
80 g, (4 x 20g bake-at-home)
½ cup(s), shredded, (4 individual leaves)
½ small, mashed
Cooked king prawns
2 individual, (stalks)
1 small, peeled and cut into batons
1 medium, cut in to batons
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Place bread on a baking tray. Bake following packet instructions or until golden.
- Split rolls and fill with lettuce, avocado, prawns and mayonnaise. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve rolls with vegetable batons.
