Vic’s Valentine’s chocolate brownie muffins

Ingredients
Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, Original
1 cup(s)
Wheat biscuit
2 individual
Avalanche Hot Chocolate Mix, 99% Sugar Free
1 sachet(s)
Cocoa powder
2 tbs
Artificial sweetener
¼ tsp, (to taste)
Vanilla essence
1 tsp
Egg(s)
1 medium
Instructions

In a medium bowl, pour 250mls of boiling water over the All Bran, wheat biscuit, drinking chocolate, cocoa, sweetener and vanilla.

Let it soak through for a couple of minutes. Add the egg and beat the mixture until it's all combined.

Pour into sprayed silicone muffin cases.

Microwave on High for 5-6 minutes (time may vary). They're ready when a skewer comes out clean. Carefully take out of the pan and let them cool before serving with fresh strawberries and yoghurt.
