Ingredients
Lebanese cucumber
1 medium, halved length-ways, deseeded (see tips)
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
200 g
Fresh dill
¼ cup(s), finely chopped
Garlic
½ clove(s), crushed
Lemon juice
1 tbs
Olive oil
1 tsp
Vegetable straw chips

Instructions

Coarsely grate cucumber. Using clean hands, squeeze out excess moisture and place in a medium bowl.

Add yoghurt, dill, garlic, juice and oil to a bowl with cucumber and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetable straw chips.
