Reduced fat oil spread

White self-raising flour

- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Using electric beaters, beat oil spread, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl until pale and creamy.
- Stir in milk, flour and custard powder until combined. Drop teaspoons of mixture, approximately 3 cm apart, onto prepared trays. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Stand on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Serve.
TIP: Biscuits will keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
