Ingredients
Turkey breast mince
400 g
Green shallot(s)
4 individual, sliced
Garlic
1 clove(s), finely chopped
Red capsicum
½ medium, chopped
Tomato(es)
2 medium, coarsely chopped
Ground paprika
½ tsp
Ground cumin
½ tsp
Dried coriander
½ tsp, ground
Fresh mint
2 tbs, freshly chopped leaves
Pita bread
4 individual, (4 x 67g)
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
75 g
Tahini
1 tsp
Ground sumac
½ tsp
Pomegranate
40 g, seeds
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)

Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly spray a large nonstick frying pan with oil and heat over high heat. Cook mince, stirring to break up, for 5 minutes. Add shallots, garlic, capsicum, tomatoes and spices and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir in half the mint and season with salt and pepper.

Place pita breads on a baking tray. Top with mince mixture and bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine yoghurt, tahini, sumac and half the remaining mint in a bowl. Serve pizzas topped with seeds, tahini sauce and remaining mint.
