Tuna pasta salad

Dress up your pasta salad with tuna, corn, tomatoes and spinach. Do the prep the night before and keep it in the fridge, ready to grab on your way out the door to add some flavour to your day!


Ingredients
Dry pasta
60 g, spiral
Tuna, canned in springwater, drained
1 185g can
Canned corn kernels, rinsed and drained
¼ cup(s)
Cherry tomatoes
1 individual, grape variety
Red capsicum
½ small, chopped
Baby spinach
½ cup(s), (10g)
Fat-free dressing
1 tbs, French
Instructions

Cook pasta in a medium saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions or until tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water, then drain well.

Transfer pasta to a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
