Light canned coconut milk
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
Fresh ginger
½ tsp, finely grated
Mango
1 cup(s), (200g), frozen, chunks
Mixed spice

Coconut flakes

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except coconut flakes, in a medium jar or large glass. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve sprinkled with coconut.
