Tropical fruit slice
cereal, wheat bran and oats flakes, dried fruit
½ cup(s), (100g) coarsely chopped
sweetened skim condensed milk
⅔ cup(s), (160ml)
white chocolate block
50 g, melts variety, melted
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a 20cm x 30cm lamington tin with oil. Line the base and 2 long sides with baking paper.
- Combine the cereal, cherries and flour in a large bowl. Add the condensed milk and stir until combined. Press the mixture into the prepared tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Allow the slice to cool in the tin. Cut slice lengthways into 3, then each piece into 8 rectangles. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and allow to set.
