Toasted muesli with maple syrup

Sweet bursts of and oats drizzled with maple syrup and toasted until crunchy. Why buy muesli when you can make it yourself?


Ingredients
Rolled oats, dry
2 cup(s), (190g)
Sunflower seeds
¼ cup(s), (70g)
Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
½ cup(s), (40g)
Sultanas
¼ cup(s), (30g)
Maple syrup
½ cup(s), (160g)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Place rolled oats, pepitas, sunflower seeds, sultanas and maple syrup in a medium bowl, combining well. Place mixture on a baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden.

Allow mixture to cool for a few minutes, then serve ¼ cup (40g) toasted muesli per person. Toasted muesli can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
