Dry rolled oats

⅓ cup(s), (35g) chopped

- Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Combine oats, sunflower seeds, walnuts, honey and maple syrup in a large bowl.
- Spread oat mixture in an even layer on prepared tray. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crisp. Stir in pepitas and linseeds. Allow to cool. Serve.
SERVING SUGGESTION: ½ cup (125ml) skim milk, 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yoghurt and 2 small pieces fresh fruit (chopped), such as banana, pear or mango.TIP: You can store this muesli in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.Linseeds (also called flaxseeds) are small brown seeds with a high oil content and are best stored in the fridge. Find them in the health-food section of most supermarkets or from health-food stores.
