Asian-style rice that’s on the table in minutes. Serve with lime wedges for a juicy flavour kick.

Ingredients

Fresh ginger

1 tbs, shredded

Cooked skinless chicken breast

250 g, shredded

Chinese broccoli (gai lan)

1 bunch(es), (Chinese broccoli), coarsely chopped

Cooked white rice

3 cup(s), (cold)

Kecap manis

20 ml, (1 tbs)

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a wok with oil and heat over high heat. Add ginger and the gai larn stalks, stir-fry for 2 mins. Add the gai larn leaves and 1 tbs water, stir-fry for 2 mins or until leaves are bright green and tender.
  2. Add the chicken, rice and kecap manis, stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until well combined and heated.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Lime wedges.
