Skinless chicken breast
120 g, cut into strips
1 clove(s), crushed
2 tsp, finely grated
1 tbs, (4 sprigs chopped)
½ medium, finely chopped
4 individual, halved lengthways
- Combine chicken, garlic, ginger, coriander, lemongrass and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Remove plates from the WW Steamer. Place snow peas, capsicum and corn in steamer with 1 teaspoon of water. Season with salt and pepper. Close the steamer and microwave on High (100%) for 1 minute.
- Place silicone board with handles on top of vegetables and place chicken and marinade on board, making sure chicken is spread out so it cooks evenly. Close steamer and microwave on High (100%) for 3 minutes or until chicken is just cooked.
