Liven up your lunch with a wrap that is topped with lime and chilli sauce. Fresh, fast and fabulous!

Ingredients

Avocado

1 tbs, mashed

Lime juice

1 tsp

Rye wrap

1 individual, (43g)

Baby spinach

½ cup(s), (10g)

Tomato(es)

½ medium, sliced

Lebanese cucumber

6 slice(s), halved

Deli-sliced roast beef

65 g, (buy 80g), fat trimmed, shredded

Sweet chilli sauce

2 tsp

Red onion

¼ medium, thinly sliced

Instructions

Combine avocado and juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread wrap with avocado mixture.

Top avocado mixture with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. Arrange beef on top and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. Sprinkle with onion and roll tightly to enclose filling. Serve.
