Tasty pork cutlets
1 medium, lightly beaten
1 clove(s), crushed
1 cup(s), (70g), fresh made from white bread
2 tbs, finely chopped
Pork loin cutlet
480 g, (buy 4*150 lean cutlets), fat trimmed
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Pour egg into a shallow bowl. Whisk in soy sauce, ginger, garlic and 1 tablespoon water until combined. Combine breadcrumbs and chives on a plate.
- Dip 1 pork cutlet into egg mixture, then toss in breadcrumbs to coat. Place on prepared tray. Repeat with remaining cutlets, egg mixture and breadcrumbs. Lightly spray cutlets with oil. Bake, turning once, for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
