Tamari and nuts go together perfectly to make a nutty snack with a difference.


Ingredients
Raw almonds
100 g
Raw cashews
100 g
Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
30 g
Sesame seeds
2 tsp
Soy sauce
1½ tbs, tamari (Japanese soy sauce)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 170°C or 150°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place almonds, cashews, pepitas, sesame seeds and tamari in a bowl and stir until combined. Spread nut mixture in a single layer over prepared tray. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool completely (nuts will continue to become crisp as they cool). Serve.
