Ingredients
Popcorn kernels (unpopped)
80 g
Icing sugar
1½ tbs
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp
Ground nutmeg
¼ tsp, freshly grated
Ground allspice
¼ tsp
Salt
¼ tsp
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)

To cook the popcorn, place popcorn kernels in an air popper and cook following manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, if you’re using the microwave, place popcorn in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plate and microwave on high (100%) for 3–4 minutes or until popping subsides. Be sure to lightly spray cooked popcorn with oil before adding flavour to help it stick.

Combine icing sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over popcorn and toss to combine.
