Ingredients
Fruit flavoured yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
150 g, strawberry
Fresh strawberries
130 g, coarsely chopped
Skim milk
½ cup(s), (125ml)
Instructions

Blend strawberry yoghurt, strawberries, milk and 2 ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into a tall glass and serve.
