Perfect for a spectacular finish to a dinner party or to simply end a summer day.


Ingredients
Reduced-fat milk
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
Egg yolk
3 medium
Caster sugar
¼ cup(s), (55g)
Fruit flavoured yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
600 g
Fresh strawberries
150 g, finely chopped
Instructions

Place milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil. Remove from heat.

Using electric beaters, beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Gradually beat in hot milk. Fold in Nestlé® Soleil™ Strawberry Yoghurt and strawberries.

Pour mixture into a 1.25L (5-cup) capacity loaf tin. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight or until firm. Stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before scooping into serving bowls.
