Spiced Brussels sprouts with yoghurt drizzle

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts
750 g, halved
Olive oil
2 tbs
Ground paprika
1 tsp
Ground cumin
1 tsp
Ground coriander
1 tsp
Dried chilli flakes
½ tsp
Ground turmeric
¼ tsp
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
¾ cup(s), (180g)
Fresh lemon rind
1 tbs, finely grated
Lemon juice
2 tbs
Fresh coriander
½ cup(s), sprigs
Instructions

Boil, steam or microwave sprouts until tender. Drain.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook sprouts and combined paprika, cumin, ground coriander, chilli and turmeric, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Transfer to a serving dish.

Combine yoghurt, rind and juice in a small bowl.

Drizzle sprouts with yoghurt mixture and top with fresh coriander.
