Ingredients
Extra lean beef mince, raw
400 g
Tomato-based salsa
¼ cup(s)
Chilli powder
1½ tsp
Light Swiss cheese
84 g, (4x21g slice)
Cos lettuce
1 cup(s), (4 leaves)
Wholemeal English muffin
4 individual, (4x65g) split, toasted
Tomato(es)
1 medium, sliced into 8 thin slices
White onion
1 small, cut into 8 thin slices
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)

In a large bowl combine mince, salsa, chilli and ½ tsp salt until well combined. With damp hands, shape mixture into 4 x 2cm-thick patties.

Lightly spray a chargrill pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook patties for 3 minutes or until browned. Turn burgers and top with cheese and chargrill for 5 minutes or until patties are browned and cheese is melted.

Place lettuce and burgers on bases of English muffins. Top each with 2 tomato slices, 2 onion rings and top with muffins.
