Smokey Cajun steak sandwich
1 large, sliced into rings
Beef minute steak, raw
400 g, (buy 4 x 125g), fat trimmed
Light rye bread
8 slice(s), (8 x 40g slices)
Ranch dressing, light
50 g, baby leaves
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Lightly spray a chargrill or barbecue with oil and preheat over medium-high heat. Combine onion and oil in a medium bowl. Sprinkle steaks with spice mix.
- Cook onion, turning, for 3–4 minutes or until browned. Meanwhile, cook steaks for 1 minute each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Meanwhile, toast bread and spread dressing over half of the slices. Top with rocket, steaks, onion and dip. Sandwich with remaining bread slices. Serve.
