Ingredients

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

¼ cup(s), (60g)

Lemon zest

¼ tsp, finely grated

Lemon juice

½ tsp

Green shallot(s)

1½ tbs, finely chopped

Fresh dill

1 tsp, finely chopped, plus 10 sprigs to serve

Rice crackers, plain

10 individual

Smoked salmon

60 g, cut into 10 strips

Instructions

Combine yoghurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, shallots and 1 teaspoon dill in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture evenly over crackers. Top with smoked salmon strips and dill sprigs. Serve.
