Slow cooker spicy turkey meatballs

Ingredients
Canned diced tomatoes
2 400g can, (2 x 400g can)
Tomato paste
⅓ cup(s), (90g)
Balsamic vinegar
2 tbs
Dried oregano
3 tsp
Dried chilli flakes
¼ tsp
Turkey breast mince
1000 g, (1kg) (see tip)
Panko breadcrumbs
½ cup(s), (70g)
Dried basil
2 tbs
Fennel seeds
1 tsp, crushed
Instructions

Combine canned tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar, 2 teaspoons oregano and chilli flakes in a 4.5 litre (18-cup) slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine mince, breadcrumbs, basil, fennel seeds and remaining oregano in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 24 meatballs. Add to slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low for 6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
