Shellie's BBQ salmon with mango salsa

Ingredients
Skinless salmon
600 g, (4 x 150g fillets)
WW BBQ spice rub
1 tbs, (search for the recipe on WW.com.au)
Olive oil
1 tsp
Lime(s)
1 medium, halved
Mango
1 medium, finely chopped
Lebanese cucumber
1 medium, finely chopped
Cherry tomatoes
8 individual, finely chopped
Fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tbs, chopped
Instructions

Sprinkle salmon fillets with BBQ spice rub and rub all over to evenly coat. Heat oil on barbecue flat plate over medium heat.Cook salmon for 5 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate and squeeze over half the lime.

Meanwhile, place mango, cucumber, tomatoes and parsley in a medium bowl. Squeeze over remaining lime half, season with salt and pepper and toss well. Divide salsa among 4 plates and top with salmon.
