Ingredients
Soy sauce
2 tbs
Mirin seasoning
1 tbs
Vinegar
½ tbs, (rice wine)
Fresh ginger
1 tsp, grated
Sesame oil
½ tsp
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a bottle. Shake to combine.

Serve with noodles, steamed chicken, rice and steamed Asian greens.
