WW Ambassador Sarah's savoury scrolls made with 2 ingredient dough are filled with ham, cheese and sweet mustard.

Ingredients

White self-raising flour

1 cup(s), (150g)

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

1 cup(s), (240g)

Pickle

90 g, sweet mustard variety

Light tasty cheese

40 g

97% fat-free deli sliced ham

80 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place flour in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add yoghurt in and mix with a wooden spoon until mixture comes together to form a soft dough (you may not need all the yoghurt). Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead dough for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Roll out dough to a 1cm thick rectangle.
  3. Spread pickles evenly over dough and top with ham in a single layer. Sprinkle cheese evenly over ham. Starting at 1 long side, roll up tightly, then stretch out roll to make a long log. Cut log into 6 slices. Place slices, cut-side up, on prepared tray. Mix 1 teaspoon of remaining yoghurt with 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl. Brush tops with yoghurt mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden and cooked through.
