Salmon with fennel and orange
1 tsp, finely grated
skinless salmon fillet(s)
140 g, (1x140g)
1 baby, cut into 1cm pieces
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
1 clove(s), crushed
1 tsp, leaves
lentils, canned, rinsed, drained
- Combine rind, vermouth and mustard in a small shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add salmon and turn to coat.
- Remove plates from the WW Steamer. Place fennel in steamer with juice, garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Close steamer and microwave on High (100%) for 5minutes.
- Stir lentils into fennel mixture. Place silicone board with handles on top of fennel mixture and place salmon and marinade on board. Close steamer and microwave on High (100%) for 3½ minutes or until cooked to your liking (a thin fillet may take less time). Serve fennel mixture topped with salmon.
