Salmon sushi bowl

There’s no need to go out for Japanese takeaway when you can easily prepare these tasty sushi bowls at home and have them on the table in just 10 minutes!


Ingredients
Brown rice microwave packet
450 g
Sushi seasoning
1½ tbs
Lebanese cucumber
2 medium, peeled into ribbons
Carrot(s)
2 medium, grated
Baby spinach
150 g
Salmon, sashimi style, raw
250 g, thinly sliced
Reduced salt soy sauce
2 tsp
Sesame seeds
1 tsp, toasted
Instructions

Heat rice following packet instructions. Combine rice and seasoning in a large bowl.

Divide rice, cucumber, carrot, spinach and salmon among 4 bowls. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
