Ingredients
Cauliflower
1 piece(s), broken into florets
Vegetable oil
2 tsp
Dried coriander
1 tbs, ground
Ground cumin
1 tsp
Garam masala
1 tsp
Ground turmeric
½ tsp
Ground chilli
¼ tsp
Lime(s)
1 medium, to serve
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°c. Line a large baking tray with foil.

Place all the ingredients, except the lime, in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared tray. Roast for 20 minutes. Turn the florets and roast for a further 15-20 minutes or until tender and golden.

Squeeze over the lime juice to serve.
