Ingredients

Extra light sour cream

¼ cup(s), (60g)

Horseradish cream

1 tbs

Bagel, poppy seed

560 g, (Buy 4x 140g)

Lebanese cucumber

2 medium, cut into ribbons

Deli-sliced roast beef

200 g, (lean, rare)

Watercress

1 cup(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sour cream and horseradish in a small bowl. Toast bagel halves.
  2. Spread cut side of 1 bagel half with the horseradish mixture. Top with cucumber, beef, watercress and other bagel half. Serve.

Sliced rare roast beef is available from the deli counter of the supermarket.
