Ingredients
Light rye bread
2 slice(s), (40g each)
Tomato chutney
1 tbs
Deli-sliced roast beef
50 g, rare
Red onion
20 g, thinly sliced
Light Swiss cheese
30 g, (2 x 15g slices)
Rocket
25 g, (baby)
Rocket
10 g, baby, extra to serve
Instructions

Preheat grill on high. Grill rye bread on both sides until lightly toasted. Spread toast with tomato chutney and top with beef, red onion and Swiss cheese. Grill for 2–3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve topped with baby rocket leaves.
