1 tbs, cream sauce
Soy and linseed bread
4 slice(s), (wholemeal)
Baked trimmed beef topside roast
150 g, sliced
30 g, chopped
2 medium, vine-ripened, sliced
- Combine cream cheese and horseradish cream in a small bowl, then spread mixture on bread. Top with sliced beef, rocket leaves and tomatoes.
- Serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and capsicum drizzled with olive oil and white wine vinegar.TIP: You can use wholegrain mustard instead of horseradish cream.
