Beef and salad is the ultimate sanga selection if you want to satisfy your tastebuds and your stomach on a busy weekday

Ingredients

Light cream cheese

2 tbs, at room temperature

Horseradish cream

1 tbs, cream sauce

Soy and linseed bread

4 slice(s), (wholemeal)

Beef topside, cooked without added fat

150 g, sliced

Rocket

30 g, chopped

Tomato(es)

2 medium, vine-ripened, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and horseradish cream in a small bowl, then spread mixture on bread. Top with sliced beef, rocket leaves and tomatoes.
  2. Serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and capsicum drizzled with olive oil and white wine vinegar.TIP: You can use wholegrain mustard instead of horseradish cream.
