Roast beef and hummus wrap

Hummus is made with tahini (sesame seed paste)and blended together with chickpeas, olive oil, cumin and lemon juice.


Ingredients
Wholemeal lavash bread
2 piece(s), (2 x 57g)
Reduced-fat hummus
4 tbs
Butter lettuce
120 g, (4 large leaves)
Deli-sliced roast beef
100 g, (4 x 25g slices)
Tomato(es)
10 small, grape variety, quartered
Red onion
½ small, thinly sliced
Instructions

Place the lavash on a flat surface. Spread hummus onto half of each piece, leaving a 1cm border. Top each with lettuce, beef, tomato and onion. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

Roll up each lavash, starting from the short end nearest the filling. Serve.
