Roast beef and herbed cream cheese wrap

This portable wrap is perfect for picnics or packed lunches. The roasted capsicum adds a depth of flavour to this otherwise classice roast beef combination.


Ingredients
Light cream cheese
1 tbs
Fresh chives
2 tsp, chopped
Wholemeal lavash bread
67 g, (1 piece)
Deli-sliced roast beef
50 g, rare
Lebanese cucumber
½ medium, cut into ribbons
Red capsicum
30 g, roasted (no oil)
Mixed salad leaves
⅔ cup(s)
Instructions

Combine cream cheese and chives in a small bowl. Lay lavosh on a flat surface and spread with cream cheese mixture.

Arrange beef slices down the centre of lavosh. Top with cucumber, capsicum and lettuce. Roll tightly to enclose filling. Cut into 4 and serve.
