Roast beef and caramelised onion roll

You can’t go past this gourmet beef roll for taste and wow factor.


Ingredients
Olive oil
1 tsp
Red onion
½ medium, thinly sliced
Whole grain bread roll
1 individual, (1 x 50g)
Avocado
1 tbs, mashed
Cos lettuce
5 g, (2 small leaves)
Tomato(es)
½ medium, thinly sliced
Deli-sliced roast beef
50 g, rare
Instructions

Heat oil in a small non-stick frying pan over low heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, until very soft and caramelised.

Cut roll in half and spread base with avocado. Top with lettuce, tomato, beef, caramelised onion and roll top.
