Ingredients
Sesame oil
2 tsp
Skinless turkey breast
500 g, cut into strips
Plum sauce
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
Sambal oelek
1 tsp, Indonesian chilli paste
Cos lettuce
1 cup(s), (8 baby leaves)
Carrot(s)
2 medium, spiralised
Lebanese cucumber
2 medium, spiralised
Instructions

Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat.

Stir-fry turkey for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.

Add plum sauce and sambal oelek and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.

Place lettuce leaves on serving plates. Top with combined carrot and cucumber zoodles.

Divide turkey mixture among lettuce leaves.
