Pine-lime ice-cream cones

This frozen dessert is full of fresh fruity flavour.


Ingredients
Canned pineapple in natural juice
425 g
Sweetened skim condensed milk
400 ml, (400g can)
Natural essence
1 tsp, (coconut)
Lime juice
1 tbs
Wafer cone
6 individual
Instructions

Strain the pineapple and reserve the juice. Finely chop 150g of the pineapple.

Combine the reserved juice, chopped pineapple, condensed milk, coconut essence and lime juice in a medium bowl. Pour mixture into an 800ml-capacity metal container. Cover and freeze overnight or until firm. Serve in ice-cream cones.
