Can’t decide between burgers and pizza? Here, beef burgers and toasted rolls merge with fresh basil, parmesan, tomato and thinly sliced pepperoni for a super tasty combo.

Ingredients
Extra lean beef mince, raw
400 g
Garlic powder or flakes
1 tsp
Dried oregano
1 tsp
Dried chilli flakes
1 tsp
Tomato(es)
2 medium, Roma variety, cut into 1cm slices
Shaved parmesan cheese
⅓ cup(s), (25g)
Pepperoni salami
20 g, (12 thin slices)
White bread roll
4 medium, (4 x 50g rolls), split, toasted
Fresh basil
½ cup(s)
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions
1
Place beef, garlic powder, oregano and chilli flakes in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine. Divide mixture evenly into 4. Shape each portion into a ball, then flatten into 10cm patties.
2
Lightly spray a grill pan or barbecue with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook tomato slices for about 2 minutes on each side, or until lightly charred. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil and set aside.
3
Add patties to pan and cook for 5 minutes, turn and cook other side for 3 minutes. Top with parmesan and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until parmesan is melted and burgers are cooked through. Transfer to plate with tomatoes. Add pepperoni slices to pan and cook for 1 minute on each side, or until just crisp.
4
Place patties on roll bases. Top with tomato slices, pepperoni, basil and roll tops.
